It was great to see everyone last night.<\/p>\n<p>I read Shana&#8217;s pick from last month, The Coworker by Freida McFadden, and Exiles by Christina Blake Kline. I also loved These Silent Woods by Kimi Cunningham Kline. Mariya is borrowing it this month.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley read The Salt Grows Heavy by Cassandra Khaw, and Shy by Max Poerter. Also, right on time for Halloween, she enjoyed Sylvia Moreno Garcia&#8217;s newest, Certain Dark Things.<\/p>\n<p>Shana (and Daisy) enjoyed Jackie and Me by Louis Bayard, and Bright Young Women by Jessica Knoll.<\/p>\n<p>Hugh enjoyed The Quarry Girls by Jes Lourey (I need to move that to the top of my stack) and The Last Days of Night by Graham Moore.<\/p>\n<p>Mariya read How Lucky by Will Leitch, and Out of My Mind by Sharon M. Draper. She also shared Ban This Book by Alan Gratz. I will have to get my hands on it. I hope you love The Mixed Up Files!<\/p>\n<p>Matt is still reading Ashley&#8217;s The Book of Speculation by Erika Swyler. He also enjoyed The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny, and Murder by David Grann.<\/p>\n<p>I hope everyone can make it next month.
